THE BUSY GURL was founded by Khadeja Kourouma in 2020. The Busy Gurl is not only Khadeja’s brand, but her lifestyle. She has always taken on multiple roles without learning how to balance it all, until she fell in love with planners. While balancing being a mother, student, and business owner, she tries to schedule her life while focusing on self-care. After purchasing several planners, she never could find one that was simple, functional and chic. She wants to help busy gurls plan out their life while being fashionable. 

 

After receiving her bachelors in Psychology and pursuing her Masters in Social Work, she understands how overwhelmed mothers and business women can get when it comes to running a household and living their dream. The Busy Gurl Planner is a system Khadeja created to show her daughter she can help her community in different ways. She believes life would be so much rewarding if we have a balance. With The Busy Gurl Planner, gurls will be able to have structure, in order to live a balanced life.
