STORE POLICIES

Store Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

  • Processing times are the best estimate on when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons. Delays in processing are not causes for cancelations as we provide our best estimate.

  • We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed.  We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.

  • As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. 

  • If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.  We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. 

  • Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same issue; this duplication will cause us to create multiple tickets for the same issue and will cause confusion for our team. 

  • If you have an issue, we want to help and hear from you! Please email with concerns & we typically reply within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

Shipping and Processing Policy 

  • After placing an order, orders usually will ship from our facility in 2-3 weeks (processing and production time). Once shipped, your planner should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Please note: Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in delivering and tracking mail and parcels.

 

(Processing Notes: Non-business days include Saturday, Sunday & holidays.) 
 

  • You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated processing time, please email us at the.busygurl@gmail.com.
